About American Server Outlet
American Server Outlet started with a simple idea: good hardware shouldn’t be out of reach for teams outside the United States. For years, we watched perfectly functional Dell and HPE servers being cycled out of American data centres long before the end of their usable life. At the same time, clients in India, the Middle East, Africa and other emerging markets were struggling to source the same hardware at a fair price – or waiting weeks just to get a clear answer from a supplier.
We decided to bridge that gap. Every server we export passes through our own workshop in St. Louis. We open each unit, clean it properly, update firmware, replace worn components, and run real burn-in tests. If a system doesn’t meet our standard, it simply doesn’t ship.
Our customers are system integrators, small data centres, research labs, cloud startups and IT teams who need reliable hardware without inflated pricing or surprises. We work closely on configuration, power requirements, freight options, export paperwork and realistic timelines so that when the shipment arrives, it is ready to rack and power on.
We’re not a large corporation, and we don’t try to sound like one. We are a small team that answers messages, sends photos, test logs, packing details and stays responsive while your project is moving forward. Clear communication is part of the service.
If you’re looking for refurbished Dell, HPE and enterprise networking equipment from the U.S., backed by people who actually work with this hardware every day, we’d be glad to work with you on your next deployment.
What We Do
From hardware sourcing in the USA to export packing and documentation, we cover the full lifecycle so your team can focus on deployment, not chasing parts.
Server Sourcing in USA
We source Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant and storage platforms directly from U.S. data centres and trusted partners.
Refurbish & Burn-In Test
Full cleaning, firmware updates and multi-hour burn-in tests with logs to ensure stability before hardware is shipped overseas.
Export Packing & Logistics
Foam-in-box, palletisation and coordination with DHL / UPS / freight forwarders, plus HS codes and detailed packing lists.
Design & Project Support
We help you choose the right platform (R730 vs R740xd vs DL380, etc.), estimate power and design clusters that match your budget.
Why Customers Choose American Server Outlet
Importing refurbished servers from the U.S. should feel predictable and transparent. These are the things our customers say make us different.
Real Testing, Not Just “Visual Check”
Every system gets firmware updates, component checks and multi-hour burn-in tests. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship. You receive hardware that is ready to work, not guesswork.
